BadgeTracker is uniquely priced so that both large and small camps can benefit from it's tools. Using a per-camper pricing structure you will only pay for the parts of the program you use. We also know that estimating the number of campers who are attending camp each year is not an exact science. That's why purchased credits are good for 2 years. Any credits you don't use this season will remain in your account for use next season.

What is a credit? 

BadgeTracker is a consumption based web application meaning that instead of charging a flat monthly fee you are charged based on the number of resources you consume. Resources for our purposes are referred to as credits and one credit is equal to one camper.

If I don't use all my credits, can I get a refund?

No, all purchased credits are non-refundable.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

Nope, there are no long term contracts here. You can use the program for as long as you wish and cancel at any time.

How long are credits good for?

Credits are good for 2 years from the date of purchase. This means that you can use any left over credits you don't use this year for next years camping season.

How do the free credits work?

Upon sign-up you will start with a balance of 50 credits. These are completely free with no strings attached. Use them to test the program or to kick off your camps scheduling season, the choice is yours.
