What's New in Version 5.0

BadgeTracker 5.0 is ALL NEW. To ensure the highest level of service we set out last year to completely redesign and develop the system from the ground up. The following is just a sampling of what's new in BadgeTracker 5:

Activities

  • All new event activity schedule interface
  • Added new field to communicate additional costs for activities.
  • Moved maximum class size input field to class level so classes of the same activity can be different sizes.
  • Modified minimum requirement fields so they are no longer required.
  • New interface supports scheduling classes Monday through Friday quickly.

Troop/User Management

  • Created a new system tab for just Troop management.
  • Separated Troop users from Camp users which now allows you to create more than one user per Troop.
  • You can now set user passwords when creating Troop or Camp users, avoiding the need for users to activate their accounts.

Communication

  • Brand new Communication interface
  • Ability to publish content to the camp portal and to the troop dashboard independently
  • Individual important dates can be optionally be published on the camp portal

Reports

  • Redeveloped all reports to improve formatting and process times.
