Information Gateway

The camp portal serves as an informational gateway where your campers can find important information like news/announcements, registration process status, and support documentation.

Unique Program Address

When your council subscribes to the BadgeTracker program, your campers will be able to access your program via a custom BadgeTracker address (ex. http://campname.badgetracker.com). You can use your council name, camp name, or anything else that makes sense. All you have to do is specify what you would like it to be at the time of purchase and we will take care of the rest.

Camp Notes

Camp notes give you the ability to post important news or announcements that your campers should be aware of. When a new camp note is posted it appears at the top of your camp portal for everyone to see before they login. The five most recent camp notes will be displayed on the camp portal and campers can also look in your archive to find notes they might have missed.

Camp Calendar (New)

New this year, BadgeTracker now allows you to keep all your important dates and deadlines in one place. The BadgeTracker Calendar gives you the ability to enter all of your camps deadlines and important dates for your users to see. The calendar is accessible from the portal and allows your users to view events by month.

100% Hosted Application

BadgeTracker is a hosted web application. This means that you don't have to worry about installation, maintenance, security, back-up's, etc. Everything is taken care of for you, all you have to do is provide the personnel to enter your camp's information and we take care of the rest.
