With your BadgeTracker subscription you get unlimited e-mail support for all of your program users. Simply fill out a support request on our website and someone will reply to your ticket within 24 hours. Users also have access to our extensive support knowledge base by following support links within the program.

100% Safe & Secure

Security was one of our top priorities when building the program. BadgeTracker is protected with a user authentication system. In addition, each user in the program has permission to view only his or her troops information. And let's not forget, BadgeTracker does not require any sensitive information to operate. When registering a camper, the only information that is necessary is name, age, rank, and the activities he is signing-up for. Adult information consists of name, e-mail address, and troop details (number, council, district,etc.). Phone number is optional.

Daily Back-up's

You never have to worry about losing your council's merit badge registration data in the event of a program failure. The BadgeTracker system is backed up on a daily basis and back-up archives are kept on record by Left of Center Communications.
