- How does this per-camper pricing work?
Before your registration process begins you will need to estimate how many campers (kids and adults) will be registered for activities using your camps BadgeTracker program. This is the number that will be used to determine your camp's price for the program that year. You can purchase additional camper space during your registration process if necessary. If you have left over space at the end of your camping season, those credits will be rolled over for next years camping season. No refunds, sorry. - Why a per-camper fee and not a flat fee?
A camp handling registration for 500 campers has different system (hardware and software) requirements than a camp handling registration for 2000 campers. Camps handling more campers will be putting a larger strain on the system and be consuming more system resources than a camp with fewer campers. Because of this we have choosen to charge on a per-camper basis. - Are adult leaders included in the per-camper fee?
It depends. If your camp will be offering adult registration for activites at camp through the program then the answer is yes. If your camp is only interested in offering registration for scouts then the answer is no. However, if your camp intends on offering adult registration for activities but wont be offering a lot of adult activities (which means not all adults will be able to register) special pricing arrangements can be made. Contact us for specific pricing details. - Is it possible to save money by opting out of certain features (i.e. camp sign-up)?
No, the per-camper fee is for access to the entire system. BadgeTracker has a number of features that you can choose to use or not but the price is the same regardless of how much of the program your camp chooses to use. - View all FAQ's
